First you'll free your fascia, and then you will  find your flow...  Did you know that Yin Yoga targets the fascia and connective tissues of your body?  In order to bypass the more superficial tissues of the muscle and get into these deeper layers of the body, Yin should be practiced cold.  That's why we'll begin class with this still and meditative work which really affects range of motion and opens the body down to the bone.  When you move into the flow sequence during the second part of class, you'll be amazed at where your body can go!  You will finish class relaxed, yet energized ready to take on the day: open, clear, calm, and focused.  The best!
