Power yoga gets a bad rap, sometimes for good reason, and I don’t want this to be something that “beats you up” even though some people really seem to enjoy that…I want you to emphasize alignment and proper form. While this is generally not a beginner class, I can accommodate for beginners.
At the end of all the breathing, sweating, (maybe shaking) you’ll be ready for a release. This savasana will never taste so sweet! At the 75-minute mark savasana will conclude and a brief intermission will take place for anyone who needs to leave. Another 15-minutes of yoga nidra will finish out the class.
