Open your heart and embrace vulnerability through the art of back-bends. What may at times seem uncomfortable or impossible, can happen through intelligent awakening of the physical body. This workshop will guide you into proper alignment principles to comfortably attain your back-bending goals.
After sufficiently warming the body through flow and dynamic movement, we will begin to work deeper into these heart opening postures. Poses will include but are not limited to camel, wheel, bow and pigeon variations. I will help you to reach as deep as you are willing to go.
