RESERVATION POLICIES:

Please utilize the scheduler to sign up, in advance, for classes. If you have a class package, and are in our system, then it will automatically deduct a class after you sign up and complete the class. This is your reservation and ensures your spot in a class! If you cannot make it please afford 12 hours notice, see below. Members get the benefit of unlimited regular classes so sign up for as many as you can make!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please give us at least 12 hours notice before canceling classes! This is especially important when it comes to special events and classes. Unfortunately, if a class was filled up, and you forget to cancel we will still charge you :-/ so please make sure to give us a heads up!

CHECK-IN:

If you used the scheduler to sign up for a class then all you have to do is show up! If you had trouble signing in then we will deduct the class for you / sign you in.

FACILITIES:

We can never ensure total safety, especially when it comes to strength rationing with kettlebells, so please be aware of your surroundings. We try to keep the spaces as clean as possible so please aim to leave the place about as clean as when you go there by picking up weights when done with them, rolling mats back up, etc.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

All staff has been CPR certified and/or hold medic certifications and experience. Please let us know if you have epi-pens, heart conditions, or other health problems so we know to administer specific immediate assistance.
