Bring your winter weary self (and any specific injuries you may be dealing with) so the healing can begin. Restorative Yoga and Reflexology both assist the body’s process of recovering from injuries and clearing away any illness by releasing the deep tension that impedes healing.
Bolsters, straps, blankets, and blocks will support your body in restful poses, held for longer periods of time in a state of deep relaxation. While enjoying your rest, everyone will receive moments of the healing touch of reflexology throughout the session. Pure Bliss!
