In this high flying training you will learn much more than just how to take flight... You will leave with four full sequences and the knowledge of how to create many more on your own. Sequences include: Power Yoga for Fliers, Gentle/Restorative sequences, and Float, Flow, Fly
Instruction will include how to use the hammock and its handles to support students in traditional yoga poses as well as the super fun flying & inverted poses that people really love! You will receive training on how to incorporate breath work and meditation into your sequences, how to create theme classes, how to work one on one in your private sessions, and also all about the hammock, its equipment, as well as continued follow up support from Adrienne (this is a tremendous benefit of training locally!). You will also get information on how to schedule additional training for a level two certification if you want to further your study on the possibilities of this awesome yoga prop.
