Intro to Meditation


(4-Week Series) $40/once a week- $60/twice a week

Fridays 10:15-11:30a

Interested in mediation but don’t know how to get started? This is the series for you! We will cover the basics of a meditation practice: finding a comfortable seat, how to breathe, how to find concentration, and then of course practicing guided meditation. You should feel comfortable starting a home meditation practice or joining a group meditation on completion of the series. Two class days/times to choose from, or come twice a week!
