The dinner experience begins with an “amuse bouche” to whet your appetite during the communal “passing of the peace session”. Choose your menu courses containing Primal Roots meat local grass-fed meat or the option for Chef Audy’s specialty; vegan and vegetarian plant-based cuisine.
