Restorative Certification 8hr

A Restorative Yoga Training

This course is meant to be an overview of the basics of Restorative Yoga and a “how to” introduction for teaching restorative classes. You will learn about the subtle energy flows in the body during restorative poses as well as how to create a restorative experience for your students.  You will gain the tools to make your own restorative practice, how to incorporate poses into your classes, create personalized programming for your private students, and build your own practice… you need Restorative Yoga too!

“Restorative Yoga with Adrienne left me feeling confident and ready to share her teachings. Adrienne’s warm, encouraging, honest way, combined with her vast yogic knowledge made this training a huge inspiration!  The time flew, leaving my practice greatly enhanced! ”

— Dave Ursprung
