Through somatic release, playful vocal exploration, and collective sound, you will remember how it feels to occupy your body completely and speak your truth without apology.

What We Will Explore:

The Mindset of Sound: Identify and gently dismantle the old stories and beliefs that keep your throat tight and your breath shallow.

Somatic Release & Tapping: Use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and bodywork to drop from the overthinking mind and open up physical resonance.

The Voice Wardrobe: Discover the hidden range and textures of your instrument from the deep, grounding belly to the light, ethereal head tones.

The Sonic Mirror: Experience the profound safety of blind call-and-response, letting your instinctual sound be held and echoed back by the collective. 

Affirmation Alchemy: Weave a personal prayer or mantra into an improvisational melody, backed by live piano accompaniment.

Group Singing: Channel your unlocked expression into community resonance. We will transition from individual melodies into a unified, Kirtan-style chant. Weaving our voices together to lift the energy of the room and celebrate our shared human connection.

Integration Sound Bath: Close the journey lying down in a central mandala, blending our voices into a soft, immersive group toning meditation.
