Our retreats aren’t about escaping your life—they’re about finding yourself within it. Real healing doesn’t come from covering up what’s hard; it comes from confronting it with courage, support, and the right tools. We create containers where you can do the deep work without the pressure, the performance, or the pretense. This is transformation on your terms.

Every retreat is built around sound healing, breathwork, yoga, and meditation—practices that have guided our own journeys for years. We also offer optional thermogenic therapies like cold plunges and sauna for those ready to explore the edges. But here’s what makes our retreats different: everything is optional. Need time alone in nature? Take it. Want to skip a session and just be? We support that. The work doesn’t have to be grueling to be meaningful.

We believe in balance—time for deep practice and time to simply unwind. Time in community and time in solitude. Time to challenge yourself and time to rest. Whether you’re joining us in the wilderness or at a retreat center, you’ll leave with tools you can use, connections that matter, and a clearer sense of who you are.

At the turn of the season we will gather on hallowed land on the shores of Lake Superior. Over four days and three nights at Wild Rice Retreat Center in Bayfield, WI, we’ll share nourishing meals and stories, sacred sound journeys, hikes in the woods, adventures to the Apostle Islands, optional cold plunges, sauna, yoga nidra & kriya yoga, time to journal and restore and so much more! You are invited to find your sacred; do as little or as much as you’d like.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All sessions (yoga, meditation, sound healing, breathwork), accommodations, most (or all) meals, and access to optional activities like cold plunges or sauna (depending on location). Specific inclusions vary by retreat—check individual retreat pages for details.

  • No. Our retreats welcome all levels. We’ll meet you where you are and offer modifications and guidance throughout.

  • We build in plenty of unstructured time, and all sessions are optional. This is your retreat—honor what you need.

  • Comfortable clothing for movement, layers for temperature changes, a journal, and an open mind. We’ll send a detailed packing list upon registration.

  • 60+ days before retreat start date: full refund minus non-refundable deposit

    30-59 days before retreat: 50% refund

    Less than 30 days before retreat: no refunds

    All cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee. In the event of a medical emergency or extenuating circumstances, we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis and may offer credit toward a future retreat.

    Transferability: you may transfer your spot to another person up to 14 days before the retreat with written notice.

    Retreat Cancellation by Us: if we cancel the retreat for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund or credit (your choice) toward a future retreat.

  • Absolutely. Many participants come solo and find it’s a powerful way to focus on their own journey while still connecting with others.

  • We offer a range of activities from gentle to challenging, and everything is optional. You choose your level of engagement.

  • Read the individual retreat descriptions, and if you’re still unsure, reach out—we’re happy to help you find the best fit.

  • Yes. We intentionally build in downtime for rest, exploration, journaling, or whatever you need.

  • We accommodate most dietary needs—just let us know when you register.
