Reiki is a Japanese healing practice for stress reduction, relaxation, and deep restoration. Through subtle energy transfer from hands, practitioners work with life force “prana/chi”—the subtle current that flows through all living beings. When this energy is depleted or blocked, we're more vulnerable to illness, pain, and disconnection. When it flows freely, we experience greater vitality, clarity, and wholeness.
Luke serves as a conduit for this healing energy. He approaches this work with reverence and humility, viewing it as both a gift and a sacred responsibility. His practice emerged unexpectedly during humanitarian work in Lebanon, where he experienced a profound awakening to this capacity. Since then, he has dedicated himself to honoring this calling with integrity and care.
Sessions are held in a safe, grounded space where you can release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your body's innate wisdom. This work isn't about fixing or forcing—it's about creating conditions for your own healing to unfold.
If you feel called to receive this work, trust that knowing. Reach out when you're ready.
Note: there is a brief intake form that helps me prepare to hold space for you with intention and care. Your responses allow me to tune into your energy field before our session and understand what you're working through—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. There are no wrong answers; share only what feels right to share.
This is a 90-minute session but if you have continuing questions, feel free to text me any time.
A structured, hands-on coaching session designed to address movement dysfunction, muscular imbalances, and mobility restrictions that limit performance and contribute to chronic discomfort. This is not physical therapy or medical treatment—it’s specialized movement training for individuals seeking to optimize function and reduce mechanical stress patterns.
The Session Process:
Movement Assessment (15-20 min) We begin with a comprehensive movement screen to identify compensatory patterns, range of motion limitations, and areas of mechanical restriction. Through functional movement testing and client feedback, we pinpoint which fascial lines and movement systems are under-performing or creating inefficient load distribution.
Targeted Mobility & Tissue Preparation (15-20 min) Using tools like floss bands, foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and resistance bands, we address restricted tissue and joint mobility. Floss band compression combined with movement helps restore sliding surface function between fascial layers and improves joint capsule mobility. Students perform self-applied techniques with coaching and feedback to ensure proper execution.
Corrective Exercise Sequence (20-25 min) Based on assessment findings, we implement a customized exercise protocol targeting:
Activation of under-active/inhibited muscle groups
Lengthening of overactive/shortened tissues through loaded stretching
Integration exercises that retrain proper movement sequencing
Positional breathing and core stabilization strategies
Exercises progress from isolated activation to integrated functional patterns, ensuring the nervous system learns to maintain new movement strategies under load.
Reassessment & Integration (5-10 min) We retest initial movement restrictions to demonstrate immediate changes in range of motion, movement quality, and comfort. Students receive a take-home protocol to reinforce the session’s work and prevent regression.
Questions & Answers (15-30 min) We won’t let you go home in worse shape than when you arrived so if we need extra time we will take it and if you have any questions that come up, now is the time to ask!
Who This Is For:
Athletes dealing with chronic tightness, recurring “tweaks,” or performance limitations
Active individuals experiencing movement-related discomfort (not acute injury)
Anyone seeking to move better, reduce mechanical stress, and improve resilience
What This Is NOT:
This is not diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions, injuries, or pathology. Clients with acute injuries, undiagnosed pain, or medical conditions should be cleared by appropriate healthcare providers. This work focuses on optimizing movement in individuals ready for active exercise-based intervention.

Discover the power of conscious breathing to influence your physiology, mental state, and stress resilience. In this guided session, you’ll learn the Wim Hof breathing technique—a practice used by elite athletes, military personnel, and high performers to enhance focus, increase energy, and build mental toughness.
Through controlled hyperventilation followed by breath retention, you’ll experience how breath can shift your nervous system, alkalize your blood chemistry, and tap into deeper states of awareness. This isn’t meditation—it’s active nervous system training.
What to Expect:
Introduction to the science behind the method
3-4 guided breathing rounds with progressive breath holds
Real-time coaching on technique and safety
Discussion of physiological responses you’ll experience
Personalized protocol to continue practice at home
Benefits:
Increased energy and mental clarity
Improved stress management
Enhanced focus and performance
Better sleep quality
Foundation for cold exposure work
Best For: anyone new to breath-work, those seeking natural performance enhancement, people dealing with stress or low energy, or anyone curious about the Wim Hof Method.
Duration: 60 minutes
Format: 1-on-1 or small group (up to 5 people)
