Return to

the Sacred

Coming Home to Self through Sacred

Sound Journeys, Sacred Land, Yoga & Rest

Our intention is clear: A retreat in nature to bring you home to your Self through a Return to The Sacred.

At the turn of the season we will gather on hallowed land on the shores of Lake Superior. Over four days and three nights at Wild Rice Retreat Center in Bayfield, WI, we’ll share nourishing meals and stories, sacred sound journeys, hikes in the woods, adventures to the Apostle Islands, optional cold plunges, sauna, yoga nidra & kriya yoga, time to journal and restore and so much more! You are invited to find your sacred; do as little or as much as you’d like.

Retreat Highlights

Transformation Invitation

Join Adrienne & Luke for a Soul’s Remembrance Weekend where you’ll explore a balance of activity & rest, yoga & meditation, sound & silence, community & time alone to cultivate your story and get clear on your what’s next. That next right step is how you continue to make your life your greatest work of art!

Sacred Land. Sacred Waters.

Sometimes we need to be reminded, we need to go somewhere where everything is treated as a sacred act. Wild Rice is that place! The land is sacred, the food is a ceremony, the practices come from the ancient, the sound vibrations of nature and sacred instruments reignite our spark…we are surrounded by those who hold up a mirror that helps you remember the truth of yourself. This is a coming home, a recognition that we are on a journey, and that according to yoga we are already whole and healed, exactly as we are. We only need to remember.
