How It Works
Step 1: Reserve Your Spot with a $500 Deposit
Your deposit secures your place and is applied toward your total retreat cost. It's non-refundable but fully transferable—if something comes up and you can't attend, you can gift your spot to a friend or apply it to a future retreat with us.
Step 2: Complete Your Application (Takes 5-10 Minutes)
After you submit your deposit, you'll fill out a short application where we ask:
What's calling you to this retreat right now
Your accommodation preferences (shared or private room)
Any dietary needs or physical considerations
Whether you'd like a payment plan
A few questions to help us get to know you
There are no "right" answers—we just want to understand where you're at and how we can hold space for you.
Step 3: We Review & Welcome You Personally
Within 24-48 hours, we'll read your application and send you a personal welcome email. If you've chosen a shared room and are open to being matched, we'll let you know about potential roommates as bookings come in.
This isn't about gatekeeping—it's about creating a cohesive, safe group where everyone feels held.
Step 4: Complete Your Payment by September 1
Your remaining balance is due one month before the retreat:
Ex. Shared room: $1,350 remaining ($1,850 total)
Ex. Private room: $2,000 remaining ($2,500 total)
Need a payment plan? No problem. Just let us know in your application and we'll set up a schedule that works for you (typically 2-3 monthly payments).
Step 5: Receive Your Retreat Guide
By early August, we'll send you a detailed guide with:
Full schedule and what to expect each day
Packing list
Travel directions and logistics
Info about the Wild Rice Retreat grounds
Pre-retreat practices to help you prepare
